On Thursday night, Ellie had her 1st and 2nd grade program. It was so nice (it lasted only 30 minutes) and she was so cute to watch. She wouldn't make eye contact with anyone and tried so hard not to smile. She must think it will draw attention to her. Only a couple kids from each class were chosen to have a part, which Ellie couldn't have been more relieved about, and the rest of the kids sang the songs.
It's a little hard to see her in this picture, but she's on the middle row, right in the middle behind the little girl with dark hair and the black and white dress.

I can't believe how big she's getting. She's growing up so fast, but still staying such a sweet little girl.

What a sweet and beautiful girl Ellie is.
Oh shy little Ellie. Watch her grow up to be senator or something VERY public. :)
A 30 minute program - can't beat that! What a cutie!
she is so sweet.
Amber - I have enjoyed looking at your blog and taking a peek at what I have missed out on over the years. You have a beautiful family. I am trying to match up your neices and nephews with your brothers and sisters. You will have to tell them that Tresa Hyde Ruger says hi! Where is your mom's blog :)
