Today is my nephew, Keagen's 6th birthday. Keagen is such a sweet boy. I've always adored this handsome little boy and the good little kid he is. When he and Anna were babies (a month apart), everyone thought they were twins. I guess that's why I've always thought him to be the cutest little guy.
